When using Wash2Go, please be aware of the following legal considerations:

  • Not responsible for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or loose trims/buttons.
  • Not liable for items left in pockets - customers must check before pickup.
  • Luxury or delicate items must be declared at pickup for special handling.
  • Payment charged only after pickup based on actual weight or flat rate.
  • Licensed and insured laundry pickup and delivery service.
  • Serving Bergen, Hudson, Passaic & Essex Counties only.
  • Standard 2-day turnaround included; next-day delivery available for additional $9.95.
  • Customers must leave laundry in safe, visible location if not home during pickup.

Lost or Damaged Clothing Policies

Wash2Go handles all laundry with professional care but operates under the following policies:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or loose trims/buttons.
  • Luxury or delicate items must be declared at pickup for special handling and documentation.
  • We check pockets but are not liable for items left inside clothing (pens, lighters, money, etc.).
  • All laundry is machine washed - no dry cleaning or hand wash services offered.
  • Extremely delicate items are not recommended but can be accepted if declared before pickup.
  • In rare cases of damage caused by our service, compensation will be evaluated case-by-case.
  • Customers should notify us immediately of any concerns upon delivery.
  • We partner with multiple professional laundromats to ensure quality standards.
  • All items are tracked and documented during pickup and delivery process.

Privacy and Data Security

Wash2Go is committed to protecting customer privacy and data security:

  • Customer information collected only for service delivery purposes (name, phone, email, address).
  • Payment processing handled through secure Stripe integration with industry-standard encryption.
  • No payment information stored on our systems - all transactions processed securely through Stripe.
  • Customer data used only for scheduling pickups, deliveries, and service communication.
  • Personal information never shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.
  • All customer communications handled through secure, encrypted channels.
  • Pickup and delivery addresses kept confidential and used only by assigned drivers.
  • Customer preferences (detergent types, delivery instructions) stored securely for service consistency.
  • Data retention limited to active service period plus reasonable business records timeframe.
  • Customers can request data deletion by contacting hello@washerly.com.
  • Regular security reviews of all systems handling customer information.
  • Staff trained on privacy protection and data handling best practices.

Terms of Service

By using Wash2Go's laundry pickup and delivery service, customers agree to the following terms:

Service Usage:

  • Pickup scheduling available for Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and Essex counties in New Jersey.
  • Service requires no upfront payment - payment charged only after pickup based on actual weight or flat rate.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup address and be available during scheduled time slots.
  • If not home during pickup, laundry must be left in safe, visible location as instructed.
  • Standard 2-day turnaround included; next-day delivery available for additional $9.95.

Pricing & Payment:

  • Flat rate: $32 per 13-gallon bag (~17 lbs) or per-pound: $1.99/lb with $25 minimum.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours of scheduled pickup may incur $10 fee.
  • Payment processed securely through Stripe after pickup completion.

Liability:

  • Wash2Go not responsible for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or loose trims/buttons.
  • Not liable for items left in pockets - customers must check clothing before pickup.
  • Luxury or delicate items must be declared at pickup for special handling.
  • Machine wash only - no dry cleaning or hand wash services provided.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Customers must report concerns immediately upon delivery.
  • Issues resolved through direct communication with Wash2Go management.

  • Good faith effort made to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly.
