💳 Payment: No payment due at booking. You’ll pay after pickup once we confirm your total.
⏰ Cancellations: Cancel free up to 2 hours before pickup. $10 fee may apply for late cancellations.
📦 Bags: Please use a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag (tall white kind). Don’t overstuff or tie tightly shut.
🚪 Access: Laundry should be in a visible, accessible location (porch, doorman, etc.).
By booking, you agree to the following:
• No upfront payment required – We’ll confirm final total after pickup.
• Free cancellation if notified at least 2 hours before pickup.
• A $10 late cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 2 hours of pickup.
• You’re responsible for leaving laundry in a safe, accessible location (porch, doorman, etc.).
• Pricing includes detergent, dryer sheets, and a $10 supply & fuel fee.
